Not for Aysha, who currently serves as the CEO of AAR Hospital.

The Trinidad and Tobago native says that she grew up in a family that emphasised meritocracy, and while some  Kenyans (and indeed workers from across the globe) might believe that friendship with top leadership is a ticket to job stability and career growth, Aysha firmly believes that one should excel in their work and not depend on other factors to rise.

Something else she's passionate about is functional medicine and ethical practises in work, especially working in such a critical sector that health is.
