BrighterMonday bags best job search and recruitment app award at Mobile App Awards

The accolade was bestowed upon BrighterMonday in recognition of its approach to job search and recruitment. 

Following an engaging public voting period that concluded on November 5th, 2023, the Mobile App Awards recognized BrighterMonday for its innovative approach to talent acquisition and its impact on the job market in Kenya.

Erick Wilson Wafula, Head of Marketing for East Africa at BrighterMonday, expressed his enthusiasm for the accolade, stating, "This award is a testament to our dedication to transforming the job search and recruitment landscape in Kenya."

The award marks BrighterMonday’s fifth in the year. The firm, which started off as a Job listing platform, last year expanded its mandate to offer more HR related services including Executive Recruitment, Outsourcing and Impact project partnerships, the latter being in collaboration with key Development Partners such as GIZ and USAID.

Denis Githinji, Head of Operations, CX and Telesales at BrighterMonday, also had this to say.
